Two blocks both irrigated with well water. Block one planted on valley floor with north/south orientation. 1.13 acres, 7 x 4 spacing. Block two planted on hillside with east/west orientation. 0.54 acres, 6 x 4 spacing. Vineyard is managed by Oak Knoll Farming Corporation.
Notes
Beautiful fruit. Wine has been made from the last two harvests and is available to taste. Fruit samples available later in the year. Expect about 7 tons of fruit for sale. Looking to cover farming costs, but price is negotiable. Can harvest and deliver if needed.
