Block Description
3 acre mature hillside vineyard on western slope adjacent to Caldwell Vineyard. 4x6 row spacing primarily unilateral cordon with some cane pruned. Drip irrigation with 15000 gallons of tank storage and back up generator. Previously contracted to award winning wineries. Managed professionally.
Notes
We are able to work with buyer on reduced pricing. Purchase can be arranged for entire crop or by block. Managed by Sergio Melgoza who manages Rocca Winery vineyards. Previously contracted with Castello di Amarosa, Covert Winery, Stags Leap Winery, Palmaz Winery. With elevation and slope the vineyard has had no frost issues. Cooler Coombsville climate allows for long hang time to full maturity.
