Block Description
The premium grapes from Faniani Vineyard are hand-farmed and hand-harvested. Vine and row spacing are 5x4 feet, and benefit from drip irrigation sourced from a well with 20,000 gallons of storage capacity. Frost protection is managed with a wind machine and Adcon weather station alerts. The vineyard uses a bilateral double Guyot pruning method. Soil composition is Coombs gravelly loam with volcanic and diatomaceous earth subsoils.
